Denver Church Plant Update

Hello all! I hope everyone’s March has treated them well. We’ve got some exciting things going on here at Skyline Church in Denver. Check it out and thanks for praying with us!
Leadership Updates
Our Church Planting Resident/ Advisory pastor Matt Brown and his team are gaining clarity around where God is calling them to plant at the end of the year. They are leaning towards the Western edge of the metro area. It is such a privilege for us to have them in our church for 2025. Please pray that God draws them to plant where He is intending, where the need is high!
In other great news, we recently extended an offer to a College Director. His name is Jeremiah, and he has extensive experience building college ministries in large downtown campuses like ours. He has incredible evangelistic experience and zeal, and we are looking forward to the way God uses him to reach students on our campus. Please pray that God blesses his path of fundraising.

Life Group & D-Group Update
We continue to add Life Groups and D-Groups. As a reminder, our Life Groups are 8-20-ish people that meet weekly throughout the city. They thrive at building friendship and community. Each month they do 2 weeks that are content oriented, one social/mission oriented, and one service oriented where they go to various non-profits that serve the city. We are about the launch the 4th group. D-Groups are different. D-Groups have a leader and 1-
1-4 others and usually meet every other week. They are modeled around how Jesus made disciples in the gospels, and have a much higher bar of commitment with participants committing themselves to live in the light, grow in holiness, share their faith and make other disciples, and become fully trained and mature disciple makers. You can only lead a D-Group if you’ve been in one, and we are now moving from 2 to 4 groups! These groups have proven the most effective at helping people grow in maturity at a steady clip and multiply disciples.
Prayer Requests
Please pray for salvation for all the people our church is sharing Jesus with.
Please pray that we are a church that blesses the vulnerable, orphan, widow, sojourner, immigrant, and poor.
Please continue to petition God to help us be a part of transforming our city!
