Blast Off! Golden City Church Launch
Dear family, friends, and ministry partners,
We are so grateful for your continued prayers and partnership as God continues to establish Golden City Church. It has been encouraging to watch Him faithfully provide opportunities to meet people, build relationships, and share the hope of the gospel throughout our city.
Last weekend we had the privilege of participating in Buffalo Bill Days, one of Golden’s largest community events. Throughout the weekend our church family served together by walking in the parade, hosting a booth, giving away free ice pops to kids, and spending countless hours meeting and talking with people from across the community. We had many gospel conversations, prayed with people, invited dozens of families to our church, distributed a large number of invite cards, and were reminded again that God has already been at work in the hearts of people throughout Golden. Beyond the conversations, it was a joy to see our church family serving together with genuine hospitality and a shared desire to make Jesus known.
Now the stage is set for of another significant milestone. Sunday, August 2nd, we will officially LAUNCH our regular weekly Sunday gatherings at 4:00 PM. Check out a quick launch invite to share with your churches and/or potential visitors!

While we’ve already experienced God’s kindness through preview services, community groups, baptisms, and many new relationships over the past year, this Sunday marks the beginning of a new chapter in the life of Golden City Church. We are praying that God would continue to gather people to Himself, strengthen believers, and use this church to proclaim the gospel throughout Golden for generations to come.
As we begin our launch, we’ll also begin a new sermon series through the book of Colossians titled “Jesus Changes Everything.” Our prayer is that, week after week, people would see the beauty and supremacy of Christ and discover that Christianity is not merely good advice, but the good news of what God has accomplished through Jesus.
None of this would be possible without the Lord’s faithfulness expressed through your prayers, encouragement, and generous support. Thank you for believing in what God is doing here in Golden. You are a meaningful part of this work, and we are deeply thankful for your partnership in the gospel.
