Welcome to Huddle 2026 at Hotel Alpenrock Breckenridge! Find all info here for the week.

    Arrival and Parking Details

When you arrive at Hotel Alpenrock, there will be valet parking. This is already included with your reservation. Please tell the staff that you are there for the Crossway Network Huddle. Consider bringing some cash so you have the ability to tip the valet team.

Next, stop by the front desk to start the check in process. If your room is available they will help you get checked in and direct you to your room. If they are still preparing your room, you will be directed to the Sterling room where you can store your bags until your room is ready. All rooms should be available after we complete our last session at 4:30pm.

The front desk will provide you with directions on how to get to our meeting space (Windfall & Slopeside Ballroom). Our registration desks will be set up outside of the ballroom. You should see Crossway Info, name tags, pens, journals and some other surprise SWAG, as well as some familiar faces as early as 10:30 AM on Monday.

Additional Night(s) at Hotel Alpenrock Breckenridge

Our group contract allows for additional nights to be reserved at the group rate for up 2 days prior or 2 days after the Huddle. You will need to reserve these extra nights by calling (970) 547-5550  and refer to “Crossway Group 2026.”  All extra stay rooms will be reserved as space is available up to the dates needed. Personal room reservations are not tax exempt and need to be paid for by you independent of our group contract. If you reserve a room other than for June 15th and 16th (included in your Huddle Registration), please make sure those reservations are being treated separate from the Huddle itself as you check out.

    Weather and Altitude

Breckenridge is at an altitude of 9600 where the weather is a little less predictable this time of year. Check your weather apps often leading up to the trip! We encourage you to bring some extra layers just in case, especially for Tuesday evening when we have dinner and outdoor activities at Carter park (some indoor seating available). As you know, there are also things to consider and ways to prepare for the altitude if you are not acclimated. Be sure to check out this thorough and helpful guide:
