    Welcome to Crossway Network Huddle, 2024 at Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center! Find all the resources and info you’ll need here throughout the week. You can also check out the Beaver Run Resort Mobile APP for more info and resources.

    Arrival and Parking Details

    Upon your arrival to Beaver Run, please stop by the front desk to complete the pre-check in process where you will be able to register your vehicle for your free parking pass.  The front desk team will then provide you with their Beaver Run check-in map and direct you to the best parking for your lodging. You will be directed to park in the parking garage, however there will be additional first-come-first-serve outdoor parking available outside of Building 4 and their Spencer’s Restaurant.

    You should also receive directions to our meeting space (Breckenridge Ballroom).   Our registration desks will be set up in the Breckenridge Ballroom Foyer (1st floor of the Conference Center).  You should see Crossway Info, booklets, nametags, some surprise SWAG, and some familiar faces as early as 10AM on Monday.

    Additional Night(s) at Beaver Run Resort

    Our group contract allows for additional nights to be reserved at the group rate for up 3 days prior or 3 days after the Huddle. You will need to reserve these extra nights by calling 1-800-525-2253 and refer to “Crossway Group 2024.”  All extra stay rooms will be reserved as space is available up to the dates needed. Personal room reservations are not tax exempt and need to be paid for by you independent of our group contract.

    Schedule

    When you arrive, feel free to check on the availability of your room prior to 3:00 PM check in time on Monday.  Availability will depend on the previous night’s occupancy.  Some rooms will be available Monday AM and some will not. All meals will be served in our main meeting room (The Breckenridge Ballroom) except for Tuesday Dinner at Carter Park.

    12:00 – 1:00 Lunch – Deli Buffet

    1:00 – 2:15 Welcome Session   

    2:15 – 3:00 Break, Fellowship, Check In

    3:00 – 4:30 Living Stones, Part 1

    4:30 – 6:00 Break, Fellowship, Check In

    6:00 Dinner – Mexican Fiesta Buffet

    Tuesday, June 11th

    7:30 – 8:30 am Chef’s Breakfast Buffet

    8:30 – 10:00  Regional and Church Plant Updates

    10:00 – 10:15 Break

    10:15 – 11:30 Living Stones, Part 2

    6:00 Charcuterie Extravaganza! At Carter Park 

    Rocky Mountain Region Churches (Reminder) – At Carter Park there are lots of amenities and open grass space available to use. If you have any of the following recreational items, it would be great if you could pack & bring them with you to share: Spikeball, Frisbee, Volleyball (sand courts available), Pickleball/Tennis (courts available), Cornhole, lawn chairs, etc. THANK YOU!
